Shipping is handled by Austrian Post AG. Currently, we only ship within the European Union—and only to countries where the purchase and possession of our products is legally permitted.

• Austria:
  Flat rate shipping: EUR 5.30
  Free shipping for orders over EUR 30.00

• Germany:
  Flat rate shipping: EUR 9.30
  Free shipping for orders over EUR 70.00

• Other EU countries (only where legal):
  Flat rate shipping: EUR 13.90
  No free shipping possible

Delivery times:

• Austria: 1–2 working days

• Germany: 2–4 working days

• Rest of the EU: from 5 working days

Processing time:
Your order will usually be processed within 1-2 business days after full payment has been received.

Special notes:

• Shipping to non-EU countries or to EU countries with a Kratom ban is excluded.

• If an order is nevertheless placed from a blocked country, we reserve the right to cancel the order in full and refund it.
