General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers in accordance with Section 1 of the Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) via the online shop of

2. Offer & Product Use
The products offered in the shop (incense, paints) are based on the Kratom plant, among others. They are intended exclusively for external use, for decoration, research, dyeing, or smoking purposes.
Ingestion or use for medical purposes is expressly prohibited.
In some cases, proof of age is required – this will be requested after ordering if necessary.
3. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By completing the order process, you submit a binding offer. Confirmation of receipt is automatic, and acceptance of the order is confirmed with a separate shipping confirmation.
4. Prices & Payment Terms
All prices are in euros including VAT.

The goods will only be dispatched after full payment has been received.
5. Shipping & Delivery Conditions
Shipping is via the Austrian Post.
Delivery times are:
Austria: 1–2 working days
Germany: 2–4 working days
EU (where shipping is permitted): from 5 working days
Shipping costs:
Austria: €5.30 (free from €30)
Germany: €9.30 (free from €70)
Other EU countries (only where permitted): €13.90
Shipping only to EU countries where the sale and possession of Kratom products is permitted.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.
Opened packaging is excluded from the cancellation.
In the case of damaged goods, we reserve the right to conduct an individual inspection. If necessary, a partial or full refund will be issued.
7. Return costs in case of cancellation
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
If you use a return label provided by us, we will cover the costs. Without it, no refunds will be issued.
8. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
9. Liability
We are not liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the products, in particular for misuse for ingestion or medical purposes.
10. Place of jurisdiction & applicable law
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Vienna, unless mandatory consumer protection regulations conflict with this.
