We only ship to countries in the European Union where the possession and sale of kratom-based products is legal. Orders from prohibited countries will be canceled and refunded.

Can I consume or ingest your products?

No. Our products are not intended for ingestion . According to current European Union law, they are not approved as either food or pharmaceutical products . Any use for self-medication or as a dietary supplement is expressly excluded and is beyond our responsibility . We appeal to common sense and ask that you use the products only as intended—e.g., as incense or for external applications.

Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal . Returns are only possible if the original, unopened packaging is used. We will only cover the return shipping costs if you use our return label. Please be sure to notify us by email before returning any items.
